Purpose/Duties
The Firefighters’ Dependents Board is authorized to make all necessary rules and regulations for the handling and processing of claims which may be submitted to it and shall perform all such other duties as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of Chapter 143.06 of Oberlin City Code and Ohio Revised Code Ch. 146.
