WELCOME TO THE CITY OF OBERLIN RECREATION COMPLEX
This is the City’s primary sports facility that includes five (5) Baseball/Softball fields, four (4) of which are lighted and eight (8) Soccer fields with adjacent green space on a 77-acre site. Amenities include a concession stand/restroom building, two (2) picnic pavilions and a lighted paved parking lot. City has installed a Lighting Prediction and Warning System to protect park users:
The eastern third of the site is leased to Lorain County Metro Parks who operates the Splash Zone water recreation facility.

Please observe the following rules:
- Park hours are from dawn to dusk (except during City – sponsored activities)
- No littering or dumping
- All dogs must be on a leash and licensed. Please clean up after your dog.
- No vandalism
- No alcohol, illegal drugs, narcotics, intoxicants or other controlled substances, and no person shall be under the influence of these.
- No firearms or other weapons
- No disorderly conduct (abusive language, obscene gestures, fighting, etc.)
- No parking on the grass, except as authorized. Violators will be towed.
- No fireworks, except City-sponsored.
- No all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), snowmobile or motorbikes beyond parking lot.
- No smoking or use of chewing tobacco.
- The City is not liable for injuries, lost possessions or property damage which may occur to visitors while on park premises. Use of this park is at visitor’s own risk. Violations of these rules and other provisions of City ordinances will be prosecuted.
- No Bikes, Scooters, Skate Boards or Roller blades around concession stand
- No Glass containers
- No unattended children
- Please Be Aware of Foul Balls at all times

POSITIVE CHEERING ONLY
Anyone not abiding by City of Oberlin Recreation Complex rules, they will be kindly asked to leave the Recreation Complex.
