Hear a report by the Electric Director and Members of the Public Utilities Commission on a recommendation from the Public Utilitites Commission “that most REC revenues, perhaps 85%, be deposited in the Sustainable Reserve Program Account “to provide funding for local, community based utility-related, environmental-friendly initiatives demonstrating energy efficiency, energy conservation, green -house gas reductions and/or development of green power generation sources” as stated in Ordinance No. 07-39 AC CMS and that the remainder be spent for the betterment of the Oberlin community.”
